Welcome to Elkhorn Creek Designs!  Thank you for visiting our site.  We realize that you have many choices when it comes to finding the right builder for your log furniture and we would like to earn your business.

Elkhorn Creek is not a retail outlet. We are a small, family business located in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. We have no employees. When you call us, you will be speaking with my self or my wife, Mellisa.  Both of us work in the office and in the shop.  You won’t get a sales person or an operator, but on occasion, our 9-year-old son may answer the phone. If you have questions about how something is made or would like to add your own ideas, you will be speaking with the people who are going to build your furniture.  We take great pride in making sure our customers get exactly what they want.

Our business philosophy is simple: Build the finest quality, hand crafted log furniture.  Offer exceptional customer service including free design services and a satisfaction guarantee.

One of the best things about our business is getting to know our customers.  We have made some very good friends along the way.  It is important to us to get to know our customers and find out exactly what they want before we begin to build. Many of the designs you see on our site are a direct result of the great ideas our customers have.  It’s a lot of fun for us to take a simple sketch, from concept to creation, and see the expressions on our customer’s faces when they see their final product arrive.

Working at home allows us to spend a lot of time with family in the mountains of Colorado.  We love what we do and hope that it shows in the furniture that we build for you.
