Elkhorn Creek Designs makes it a priority to return Emails and messages left on the recording within one business day.                                                                   

Payment Methods and Terms:
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard and Discover) and personal check. We normally require 50% deposit when placing the order and balance due upon completion of the order and prior to shipment. For customers placing larger orders that may require more time to build, we are happy to accept 25% deposit and monthly installments with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders are what we do best and is the hallmark of our business. Feel free to sketch your own design’s or have us draw them up for you. Please check out our customs page to see some of our customers unique and one of kind designs. Sorry no refunds or returns on special orders unless it is determined defective.

Guarantee:
We are committed to your satisfaction. We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of everything we build. Characteristics not deemed as defective are; cracks, worm tracks, knots, wood pecking holes, elk rub, checking and color variations. All of these add to the rustic appeal of the furniture. If cracks compromise the structural integrity of the piece we will repair or replace free of charge.  

Lead Time:
Since our furniture is built to order for each customer lead times may vary. Most orders will take three to six weeks to build depending on current orders. Please give us a call for a more accurate lead time.

Shipping Methods:  
To best serve the needs of our customers, we use several different shipping options. All small items will be shipped UPS-Ground. If they exceed the maximum weight or size then they will be shipped Fed Ex freight or by other competitive freight companies. Motor freight deliveries are curbside only and set-up is not included. Extra charges such as White Glove services and lift gates may apply. Please keep in mind that log furniture is larger, bulkier and heavier than most other furniture. This may require pre-measuring of doors, hallways, and stairs prior to delivery.

Receiving Your Shipment:
You will be contacted by the shipping company prior to delivery to finalize details. We recommend you have help on hand to get items safely from the truck to the ground. Most trucks do not have standard lift gates on their trucks, unless you request one in advance. When your order arrives, all packaging should be removed and furniture should be carefully inspected before your driver leaves the premise. This will insure proper documentation of damage in the unlikely event that shipping damage should occur. We insure all orders and it is very important that the driver is made aware of any shipping damage.  Please inform us immediately to discuss the best way to handle the situation. If there is significant damage do not sign the bill of lading.

White Glove service is available upon request and is not included in free delivery charge.  Arrangements for this service must be made in advance.
